Rainbow Lunch Week: Blue

Today's color for our rainbow lunch was actually the last three--blue, indigo and violet.  This helped us finish so we can have a Rainbow Lunch Finale on Friday, and kept me from trying to find enough of one color to fill a plate.  Some of it was a stretch, but I did what I had to do.  :-)

Blackberry jam and peanut butter sandwich
blueberry yogurt with purple sprinkles
raisins
blackberries
blue and purple fruit loops

Elliott wanted blue Gatorade to drink to go with the theme, but Emory asked for milk again.

After failed attempts with red and green, a PB&J was sure to be a winner!  This lunch went over fairly well (as did orange/yellow), but so far the biggest hit has been the rainbow breakfast!  I will try to post about it tomorrow!
